COVID update

To our wonderful patients,

We hope you are keeping well. We wanted to give you an update on what Level 3 means for us. This time it’s a bit different, we can do check-ups, hygiene visits, routine dental work, orthodontic consults and general dentistry.

There are still some limitations on what procedures we can carry out safely due to COVID-19 restrictions set by the NZ Dental Council and Ministry of Health (MOH)
Our team is currently working in shifts to reduce the number of people in the building at any given time, and allow the necessary surgery stand downtime of 30 mins after each appointment.
Our Number one priority is the health and safety of our patients and team. We will continue to screen patients on arrival, and manage social distancing within the clinic.

We must limit the number of support people to one per patient. Everyone over 12 must wear a mask, unless you have an exemption. Please use the covid tracing app or sign in at the front door. We will be asking the following the questions prior to entry:

1. Do you have a confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19?
2. Are you waiting for COVID-19 Test or test results?
3. Have you travelled internationally in the last 14 days?
4. Have you had contact or been in contact with a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19 in the last 14 days?
5. Do you have any of the following symptoms?
  • Cough
  • Sore throat
  • Shortness of breath
  • Runny nose, sneezing, post-nasal drip (coryza)
  • Loss of smell (anosmia)
  • Fever
We understand this can be frustrating but we must follow the rules in order to practice accordingly. Thank you for your continued to support and patience

  • Shortness of breath
  • Runny nose sneezing postnasal drip
  • loss of smell with or without fever
