I wanted to say a huge thank you to Wendy Pennell, the lactation consultant at the clinic, and to Dr. Nettie for helping us with our daughter’s oral tie release. From the moment we arrived to the end of the appointment, we felt completely supported. It truly felt like we were in the hands of professionals. Despite it being a stressful procedure for both us and our bub, the environment felt calm and reassuring.
All of our questions were answered, and both ladies were incredibly welcoming and comforting. The procedure itself didn’t take long, and our little one barely cried. We also received great after-care tips and are already noticing improvements as she heals.
